today’s workout…

35 minutes of elliptical

then did these circuits:

25 jumping jacks/30 Russian twists (each side)/10 squats/ 10 calf raises/10 pushups

30 sec jump rope/ 20 lunges (each side)/10 tricep dips/10 burpees/30 bicycles (each side)

30 sec high knees/10 side lunges (each side)/40 inner thigh lifts (each side)/10 tricep dips

25 jumping jacks/10 squats/10 bridge pulses on ball/20 crunches/20 pushups on ball

30 sec butt kicks/20 vertical leg crunches/20 Russian Twists (each side)/10 lunges (each side)/20 pushups

30 jumping jacks/40 inner thigh lifts (each side)/10 tricep dips/10 squats/20 side crunches (each side)

30 jumping jacks/40 outer thigh lifts (each side)/10 tricep dips/10 squats with weights/20 side crunches (each side)

30 sec butt kicks/20 vertical leg crunches/20 Russian twists (each side)/10 lunges with weights (each side)/20 weighted glute raises (each side)

25 jumping jacks/10 squats with weights/10 bridges on ball/50 crunches/20 weighted glute raises (each side)

30 sec high knees/10 side lunges (each side)/15 sit ups/40 outer thigh lifts (each side)/10 tricep dips

30 sec jump rope/20 lunges with bicep curls (each side)/10 tricep dips/10 burpees/30 bicycles (each side)

25 jumping jacks/30 Russian twists (each side)/10 squats with weights/20 calf raises/20 weighted glute raises

3x12 dead lifts

3x20 plank jumps

this took about an hour

then I stretched for about 15 minutes

I was pretty exhausted by the end of it!

weighted punches are awesome for toning your arms..especially your shoulders!  do them fast enough and you can actually make this simple move into a cardio exercise as well :)

i did 650 of these tonight with 5lb weights. feel great! :)

going to incorporate these into my workout on Thursday I believe&#8230;

today’s workout…

was a short one because I was pressed for time but I made sure it was worthwhile!

warm up:

1 minute jumping jacks

1 minute jump rope

1 minute run in place

30 seconds high knees, 30 seconds butt kicks

1 minute jumping jacks

circuit:

10 tuck jumps

10 triple pulse squats

10 pushups

10 lunge with front kick (right)

10 lunge with front kick (left)

10 burpees

10 oblique sit ups on ball (right)

10 oblique sit ups on ball (left)

10 rotating jump squats

10 glute raise with ball

repeated 6 times (it took me a little over half an hour)

it may seem easy on paper but I was definitely sweating after just the first round!

Cool Down:

40 top leg lifts (each side)

40 bottom leg lifts (each side)

40 side crunches (each side)

40 crunches

40 froggers

40 Russian twist (each side)

Total: 45 minutes, ~485 calories burned

I also had to walk a lot for my job and burned about 250 calories with that

Not my highest calorie burning day but since Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays usually involve 2 hour workouts it’s okay. On Saturday I start my yoga teacher training and I cannot wait! That means I’ll be at the studio from 11-5 on Saturdays and 5:30-9 on Tuesdays plus a few hours on the other days because we get free classes while we’re in training! >^.^<
