today’s workout…
35 minutes of elliptical
then did these circuits:
25 jumping jacks/30 Russian twists (each side)/10 squats/ 10 calf raises/10 pushups
30 sec jump rope/ 20 lunges (each side)/10 tricep dips/10 burpees/30 bicycles (each side)
30 sec high knees/10 side lunges (each side)/40 inner thigh lifts (each side)/10 tricep dips
25 jumping jacks/10 squats/10 bridge pulses on ball/20 crunches/20 pushups on ball
30 sec butt kicks/20 vertical leg crunches/20 Russian Twists (each side)/10 lunges (each side)/20 pushups
30 jumping jacks/40 inner thigh lifts (each side)/10 tricep dips/10 squats/20 side crunches (each side)
30 jumping jacks/40 outer thigh lifts (each side)/10 tricep dips/10 squats with weights/20 side crunches (each side)
30 sec butt kicks/20 vertical leg crunches/20 Russian twists (each side)/10 lunges with weights (each side)/20 weighted glute raises (each side)
25 jumping jacks/10 squats with weights/10 bridges on ball/50 crunches/20 weighted glute raises (each side)
30 sec high knees/10 side lunges (each side)/15 sit ups/40 outer thigh lifts (each side)/10 tricep dips
30 sec jump rope/20 lunges with bicep curls (each side)/10 tricep dips/10 burpees/30 bicycles (each side)
25 jumping jacks/30 Russian twists (each side)/10 squats with weights/20 calf raises/20 weighted glute raises
3x12 dead lifts
3x20 plank jumps
this took about an hour
then I stretched for about 15 minutes
I was pretty exhausted by the end of it!
